1.  Products return are acceptable only under the below conditions:

a)  "Dead on arrival" /"Not Functioning" may be Exchanged after technical inspection from our technicians or/ Manufacturers' technicians.

b)Crystal flash does not allow the return or exchange of products that are damaged as a result of misuse such as scratches, broken or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection or missing some parts of the product such as color box, catalogs, accessories, etc.
