-Quotation is valid for 30 days and become effective only upon payment.

- They may be modified according to the continuous development of our products

- Return within 15 days and exchange within 30 days for products that do not have a discount or special offers.

- Provided that the products are completely intact and not missing any parts of the product such as color box, catalogs, accessories, etc.

- The company is not responsible for installation defects

- The refund process takes 3-5 working days

- All products are under guarantee as described in the product description

- The receipt process inside the branch

- The company is committed to the products mentioned in the invoice

- Design and site visit are free  of charge if the purchase is confirmed

- In case of client cancellation or change of agreement, all related costs shall be borne by the client
