Terms & Conditions

1. Products that are returned, as "Dead on arrival" /"Not Functioning" may be Exchanged or Refunded after technical inspection from our technicians or/ Manufacturers' technicians.
2. Crystal flash does not allow return or exchange of products that are damaged as a result of misuses such as scratches or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection or missing some parts of the product such as color box, catalogs, accessories, etc.
3. Payment should be done as per the payment terms agreed by both parties otherwise fine will be there.
