To observe and coordinate the overall operations of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the field of lighting and electronics.
Responsibilities
- Involve, develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Oversee all departments including Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Warehouse operations and participate in meetings and decision making sessions.
- Monitor financial performance and provide management reports according to the company achieves profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the Board of Directors and ensure execution of strategic decisions.
- Motivate and accompany the management team and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements in units
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in the electronics or lighting industry.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial management and business operations.
- Proficiency in computer systems .
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and supplier networks.
