Responsibilities

  • Involve, develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Oversee all departments including Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Warehouse operations and participate in meetings and decision making sessions.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide management reports according to the company achieves profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the Board of Directors and ensure execution of strategic decisions.
  • Motivate and accompany the management team and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements in units

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in the electronics or lighting industry.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial management and business operations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems .
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and supplier networks.
